Shout out to Leo who is one of our consistent athletes. Leo joined us in January 2022 and is hitting almost 200 classes with us. We love that he is consistent and always pushing himself to be better than he was yesterday. He is such an outstanding guy, always welcoming new members and making them feel like they are at home.

Did you know it was recommended to not drop the bar from the top of the deadlift? Why, you ask? The deadlift is a very functional movement for our everyday lives. Think about how we pick things up from the floor. Do we typically drop them or set them down? All of Luz lifts have gone up. Most helpful has been the fact that her endurance for the workouts has gone up a lot. This is all due to her mixed program available at School of Fitness. She loves being on Hard To Kill and doing concurrent training”
