Calling all members and none members
CrossFit Foundations Class Begins!
The Foundations Sessions are recommended for anyone who’s new or looking to improve their skills in the Gym.
These 60 minute sessions will provide any new members and/or experienced members with the skills required to take part in CrossFit WOD’s (workout of the day) and to become much more efficient in your workouts whether at CrossFit or just in the gym. Not only will this be a fun experience but a vital chance to learn the skills needed to be safe and efficient when moving, “Movement is Magic.”
This class is NOT a compulsory part of the joining process but is highly recommended for new members to CrossFit.
