A single burger could be a viable option for a meal, but in comparison to a complete balanced nutritional meal, the burger is a poor option.

Although the burger may satisfy cravings and give you enjoyment, it’s not going to sustain that satisfaction for long. Before you know it, you’re craving more oily, greasy, sugary fast food.
