What should someone expect at a Zumba Class?

These high Intensity workouts consists of alternating periods of intense aerobic and/or resistance training with recovery. Core work is always involved to target those hard to burn stomach areas. You will push yourself to the max in short bursts with rest or low-intensity exercise between each set. HIIT classes are designed to build total-body strength and endurance in a short amount of time. All the workouts are scalable to your fitness level and packed with fun that’ll make you want to come back for more.
Our Glute camp is a workout strategically engineered towards the lower body for strength and conditioning solely focusing on strengthening and firing up those legs, glutes and thighs. Since 345 CrossFit became an Affiliate in 2018, School of Fitness has expanded tremendously with its members, and believe in the program of constantly varyIng your exercises. As such School of Fitness puts on programs ranging from CrossFit Kids classes, to Kick Boxing to Zumba. Our goal at School of Fitness gym is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends! The goals of our members are as diverse as the Cayman population. To serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of choice, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help our members achieve their goals. You don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people.
