The main reason CrossFit is a great workout is because it provides you with a total body workout that will get you in the best shape of your life. It is designed to make you not specialise in anything, but to be good in everything. Doing the same exercises every time you go to the gym without ever changing your routine won’t provide the necessary stimulus to keep getting faster, stronger and better. In short, HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which involves a short workout and quick bursts of energy with quick resting periods. (Most HIITworkouts are not more than 20 minutes. We recommend these types of workouts because they burn serious energy, which helps you burn more fat and calories and really tone up the entire body.
