School of Fitness is a privately owned facility very much  focused on cultivating a sense of community than any large gym. This is likely the result of a greater emphasis on group classes or private training along with diet, weight loss, muscle building, injury, and recovery as well as member retention. Going to gym is an experience you want to repeat over and over when you not only love the workouts but the staff makes you feel like family and fellow gym-goers become your friends who ask after you whenever you’re not there . With our community we are able to focus on you more and not as a large group. Our track records speak for themselves.

School of Fitness coaches are passionate about learning. They are constantly educating themselves so that they can share with our members the most progressive training and nutrition methodologies and get them the results they desire. Our success stories include, among others, working professionals who have lost 26 lbs. in just 6 weeks of training with us, women who have rediscovered their power and athleticism, recreational runners who have shattered personal best 5k and marathon times after just a few months of training with us. We've trained Law Enforcement officers to successfully pass Fitness test and more. Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining the best results-based training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. Our goal at School of Fitness gym is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends! The goals of our members are as diverse as the Cayman population. To serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of choice, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help our members achieve their goals. You don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people.
