Performance-

Keep all sets above 80% of your 1-RM Bench Press – these should be heavy by set 3 

Scaling-

This triplet should be relatively heavy but still fast-paced. Reduce the loading on the squat Cleans so you can complete each set of unbroken. If needed, reduce the number of burpees to a point that allows you to keep moving quickly and avoid excessive rest.
