Choose a rep scheme that you can maintain for the full duration of the EMOM. Keep in mind the grasshoppers will sneak up on you quickly.

Scaling WOD-
Reduce the weight on the Presses and KettleBell swings and the height of the Box so each set of exercises can be performed unbroken and with little rest during transition. #cayman #caymanisland #grandcayman #gym
