SWOD-
Pause for 2 seconds in the bottom of the lunge and ensure good weight distribution before standing with the weight….Goal is perfect reps.

Scaling WOD –
This workout contains a high volume of moderate load weightlifting. Reduce the loads and/or reduce some of the later rounds to decrease the volume.

Run 400 meters on the odd numbers only.
